Description
This unique bird figurine is a vintage sculpture by the renowned Italian designer Gabriella Binazzi. These mid-century pieces are characterised by their “hybrid” construction, combining natural materials of seashells for the body with hand-crafted silvered metal for the head and feet.
The head, beak, and legs are typically hand-fashioned in silver or brass, often featuring intricate textures that mimic feathers or scales.
